When Nigel Fish and I started Circus back in 2016, it was just the two of us trying to fix some pretty glaring gaps in the entertainment space—mainly how cast, crew and bg onboard, track time, and get paid. It’s been a wild ride, surviving a pandemic and a few major strikes!
